RESET

Pain can be tricky and results may vary depending on the severity of your symptoms or length of time you have been dealing with the problem. The key is trying to find out what pain is telling us. During the reset, we utilize manual intervention that helps to improve patient pain and mobility.

REINFORCE

Now that pain has decreased, our next phase is to ensure that the reset is maintained. Our clinicians will train and educate our patients to create proper reinforcement and behavior modifications that facilitate proper pain free mechanics.

RELOAD

Understanding that our body adapts to Reinforcement or any stimulus, we must retrain and reload our pain free mobility/stability by creating an adequate strengthening program and optimize movement patterns.
